Acknowledgement of Completion

An acknowledgement agreement is a legal document formalizing an agreement between parties. The agreement acts as an official acknowledgement of the particular fact that the parties are agreeing to. Sometimes this is used to have one party agree to restrictions or obligations that are not set out in the original agreement.
