Court Term Dates for 2015 in the Kaw-Zulu Natal High Court, Durban

The Chief Justice has in terms of section 8(6) of the Superior Courts Act 10 of 2013 directed that the court terms of the KwaZulu-Natal Division, Pietermaritzburg and the KwaZulu-Natal Division, Durban of the High Court of South Africa for the year 2015 shall be in accordance with the periods laid down below:

Terms

(a) The first term shall be from 26 January to 29 March
(b) The second term shall be from 13 April to 28 June
(c) The third term shall be from 27 July to 20 September
(d) The fourth term shall be from 5 October to 13 December

The administrative recesses for 2015 shall be as follows

(a) 30 March to 12 April
(b) 29 June to 26 July
(c) 21 September to 4 October
(d) 14 December 2015 to 24 January 2016
